perfect time to enter the health care industry. It is one of
the largest employers, accounting for huge numbers of job
openings annually.
The industry also will have to replace many health care
workers who will retire or leave the industry over the next
few years. Added pressure on the health care industry’s
workforce will come from a rapidly aging population and the
